I HAVE JUST BASICALLY HAD $470 STOLEN FROM ME BY THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS FOR A DIGITAL CAMERA THAT WAS NEVER IN STOCK, THEY DO NOT RETURN ANY OF MY MESSAGES TO THEM, AND HAVE NOT REFUNDED ANY MONEY TO ME.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY OR THEIR AFFILIATED COMPANY AUCTION BASEMENT, AS THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN AND LEAVE YOU HIGH AND DRY. I WOULD HATE FOR ANYONE TO MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS MYSELF AND IT WOULD APPEAR MANY OTHERS WHO HAVE ALSO BEEN RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY.

I have paid for a samsung mp3 $119 on the 2nd of dec 2008 for my son's xmas pressie and still waiting for it to arrive. I sent an email to ask why it was taking so long, and apprantley they are still waitng for there shippment to arrive even though it was advertised as in stock. so i will see what happens. But will never ever buy from this company again.
