Mwave has fantastic customer service, ive found email to be the quickest method of communicating with them, but they still answer the phone which is great, only had small questions regarding a few products (monitor, CPU) and they gave a very thorough explanation. Shipping costs and the cost of the product itself is very competitive, sometimes not a lot cheaper than the others but given the great customer service i always pick Mwave, i hope they keep up the good work on the site as well.
