Full Review

Goods were promised in 5 to 10 days. It is now 20 days since the order. Vendor does not respond to messages left via their web site contact page, or to emails to their sales address. Phone calls go straight to message bank and are not responded to. I think I will have to call the police next as I suspect I have been robbed.

Follow up report:
We had paid through Paypal, and so complained to Paypal. Paypal quickly responded to us and launched an investigation. Paypal just got back to us and have found in our favor, but could not retrieve the money from Quickshop's account.
so
WARNING!!! do not deal with Quickshop.

additional follow up report
We had paid paypal with Visa, and complained to Visa who after a brief investigation ( about a week) reversed the transaction.
so lesson is, pay with Visa.
after this, being completely spooked, we bought an inferior model (same brand) from Target. Very happy with it.
