This store another division of Webnet (Pty) Limited as Insane Mobile is is a rip-off. I had an instant reply when I want to sort out payment from no less than 2 different people. However since then my digital camera status remains not sent yet and emails for the past 5 days do not get responded to. I can no longer access my account on their website which also dissappeared for a day. 12 voice mail messgaes remain unanswered. The so called live shopping help is not running. The phone is never answered. I think this site just shuts down and a new division pops up. I dont see insane mobile offerings anymore expect to see a new WEBNET division soon.
