I ordered a product, unfortunatly the last was sold to another customer while I was ordering. They rung me explained the problem, offered me another product that done the same thing and a discount for the inconvience caused. I received it the next day. Was very impressed with them, they didn't make excuses, didn't just keep my order and money until new stock arrived (like most Online Stores). I will most certainly do all my future IT purchases with them.
