Excellent Service

Very good company in my experience. TV ordered late on Friday night and delivered on the following Wednesday morning with tracking e-mails being received in between. The product arrived intact in original box and I'm really pleased with the purchase. I cannot comment on the company's customer service as I didn't need to contact them. However, I did contact their sales team by phone prior to placing the order on the internet to check the item was in stock (which it was - hence the speedy delivery). This is something I usually do when ordering on the internet to avoid any delivery surprises! Great service. Emails throughout letting me know the process of my order. Very fast delivery, and a superb product at a fantastic price. I would definitely use 1st Audio Visual again, and I would certainly recommend them to my friends.
