Have been trying to get item replaced for more than a month now. When product received a component was missing and to rectify this problem the whole thing has to be replaced. I have tried on numerous occasions to get some response but to no evail.

This product was purchased for my granddaughters 2nd birthday which was on 8th Feb. but still waiting for this to be resolved 20/2/08. Have explained to them I am a pensioner not able to purchase another gift.
