I was more than pleased with the outstanding service that I received from 'Flying Flowers' when a very dear loved one was terminally ill in Adelaide, Australia - thousands of miles away from me in England. Also the "personal kindness" when I emailed to say that my relative had been taken into an Adelaide hospital and that there would be no one to receive them on the day I had chosen the flowers to be delivered.
I don't know how you did it Karen, but you redirected a beautiful bouquet of flowers to the hospital, a big thank you to you and your team
