Many, many thanks for following up on Sarah's delivery, she was as obviously delighted with the arrangement as other family and friends who have received them previously. I would like to congratulate you on your level of customer service, and I will not hesitate to pass you company name onto friends, and will use you again.

Sarah said "thank you, everything about the delivery was perfect, it arrived on time and the box / contents were in excellent condition. The flowers re beautiful. As a non-Aussie the only thing that might perhaps have been added was some form of visual identifier of the flowers.

Flying Flowers note "we include a care and information card, it was unfortunately missed from this delivery, and one has since been mailed"
