FAULTY GOODS SUPPLIED - DO NO USE THIS STORE

We ordered a Nokia 6500 over the internet with Next Mobile. The phone only worked for about an hour on the first day and then the LCD cracked (which seems to be a common flaw with this model of phone).

We sent back the faulty phone the next day to Next Mobile and now over 3 weeks later and after numerous phone calls, we still have not had the phone replaced or have been refunded our money. Apparently Nokia are now trying to say that it's something we've done to the phone and now we have to pay an additional $93 to have the screen repaired even though Next Mobile supplied us a faulty phone!

DO NOT USE NEXT MOBILE, THEY OFFER NO CUSTOMER CARE WHATSOVER. We're now taking them to the Fair Trading to try and get our money back. Also DO NOT purchase a Nokia model 6500 as this is clearly a model that is fraught with problems.
