Review on Appliances Online

After much investigation after my current washing machine broke down I decided upon a Bosch front loader. As I have 2 year old twin boys it was preferable to purchase online so I didn't have to drag them out shopping. I did have a question regarding removal of my old machine and used the live support online and only had to wait about 10 seconds before someone was there to answer my question. He also gave me a phone number to call if I had any problems with my order.

I placed the order online at about 1:30pm and received a call at about 8:15 the next morning to let me know they were on the way. By about 8:45 the machine was installed and my old one had been removed all for no extra payment. Most times when I've bought from a store not only have I had to wait longer than a day for a delivery but I've also had to pay for it.

I think appliances online is fantastic and would certainly recommend them and will use them again if I need to buy any other appliances.
