Poor customer service

The management at alphastore have a short term customer service policy.

They sent me a faulty product and left me to deal directly with their distributers.

I've since spent 20% of the original cost in postage sending the faulty product back to alphastore - twice as it was first replaced with the wrong card.

I was then told I would get my money back (including postage) and bought a new PC based on this news.

Then the management at alphastore changed their minds and decided to refund 50% of my postage cost and send me a replacement - which is now useless to me as I have a new PC.

I cannot fault the front line team at alphastore as they tried hard to help, but the management team prevented them from delivering against the previous promises.

I will not buy from these guys as they do not buffer the customer from dodgy distributors - I'll be better getting things cheaper from ebay and dealing with the distributers myself.
