Great store - had not heard of you before looking for a particular Canon digital camera - Canon IXUS I Zoom in red. Used shopbot to look at prices and found your store. One of the cheapest (only two other stores were cheaper in the returned results), but after looking at each site I was not confident about doing business with them. After seeing your product range and flat fee shipping (a good sign if a business is big enough to have an account with a major courier) I e-mailed to find out product availability and whether you shipped to PO Boxes.

To my surprise, the e-mail was answered within 20 minutes! A quick and courteous response was all I needed to place my order. It was helpful that you had product brouchures for the item on your site, and also a link to the manufacturer site. I was able to use this to find out the camera also takes SD cards as well as the supplied (but small) MMC card. So I bought an SD card from the site as well!

Instruction for payment was provided by e-mail and simple to understand. The most impressive thing was being able to track the order status on your site ie from pending to paid to shipped. Another useful thing was receiving an e-mail from you when the goods were dispatched, and a link to the courier (AAE) website with information on how to track the goods from there.

Overall, I was very impressed with the whole experience. We now have the camera we want with a 1 GB memory card for a fraction over the recommended retail price of just the camera! We look forward to using our new camera and will definitely be back again for any computer or electronic needs.
