I had purchased my goods from another provider, as they had the components I wanted (at a slightly higher cost), but also another component that you did not have. They billed my credid card, then advised that they had no stock of the other component, and did not expect to ship my order within the next 4 weeks. Most unsatisfactory! I cancelled that order, and re-ordered from you, and another supplier who had that other component I needed.

I could not be happier with the shopping experience you provide; faultless - efficient and effective. Less than 24 hours later I had my goods.

(n/a on the "Product met expectations" is only because I have not used it yet).
