Efficient ordering. Cheap prices. But I would find out where the repair centre is for the phone you want. Why?
I ordered a phone from Next Mobile. The order was processed efficiently and the phone arrived promptly. No complaints. The phone had intermittent problems which eventually made it inoperable (in under a month). I contacted Next Mobile on 21.12.06 asking what I needed to do to make a warranty claim. No response. When I phoned on 08.01.07 and asked why I had a read receipt for the email but still no response I was told that Xmas got in the way. Next Mobile then told me, in writing QUOTE: The manufacturer handles the warranty, not the retailer ..... call Nokia to get the problem fixed ... Next Mobile do not build warranty handling into our sales prices ..... Next Mobile do not handle warranty returns as they are a online mail order site, the big retail shops will charge more for handsets so they can provide that service to you. UNQUOTE. So it will take me between 60-90 minutes (depending on traffic) each way to the city to take the phone to the Nokia repairer. So like I said check out where the repairer is before you buy a phone from Next Mobile because, in my experience, you are on your own if anything goes wrong.

Next Mobile takes customer complaints personally and becomes quite unprofessional. You are on your own if you use Next Mobile and something goes wrong

All mobiles/computer warranties are manufacturer warranties. Retailers do not provide any warranties - I bought a Toshiba Laptop from Harvey Norman, and the HDD broke. Toshiba fixed it. You should feel lucky that Nokia actually fixed it for you.
