Extremely Poor Service

So they swapped the black phone for a Red phone for you and you still complained ????. Alot of companies would't have done that.
I guess you are having a bad hair day and wanted to take it out on some poor scmuck and thought this company would be as good a target as any/
Yeah maybe they took some time to get the correct phont to you but you got it Didn't you ?.I've brought from retail shops and have bee given the wrong colour and it takes ages to get the right one if they don't have the stock on hand.
I have brought from these guys and must say I was impressed because I expected worse service for the prices they charge as I am a firm believer in that you get what you pay for ( no doubt they were one of the cheapest sellers of whatever phone you brought but I didn't see you mentioning that in your feedback ) but I got service that was as good as other companies that were charging much more.
You should have given them 5 stars for shipping because i know that delivery is free ( just another point that shows you just wanted to take out your bad hair day on someone ).
Anyway, they may have deserved some negativity but to say they are the worst site you have brought from is a bit much unless you haven't actually brought anything from these guys as you work for a competitior and just want make them look bad ???????
