Lets not confuse the ability to put a product in a mail bag with customer service. Customer service is more accurately measured on how a company deals with an issue or resolves a problem. Tassietek sold me self stock not intended for sale and refused to replace or refund. They do not know their legal obligations relative to providing a retail product let alone have an understanding of customer service. Don’t expect this sole trader to be able to provide service past mailing you a product.

Ahh we here at Tassietek Online know this customer for sure, We replaced the Product in Question immediately and also had our courier pick the wrongly sent item. But for some reason this customer refused to accept the replacement from the courier and was sent back to us. This went on for a month so we end up cancelling the order and refunded the money back to the customer.
