I would not recommend this store at all and would suggest that consumers buy from more reputable, service conscious suppliers.

I ordered a Nokia phone and while the web site worked well and the phone was delivered promptly, I was very unhappy with the product itself. It arrived in a box that had been already opened, the contents had clearly been tampered with and the phone charger required an adapter for Australian power points. As such, I have doubts as to the authenticity of the product supplied.

I subsequently sent two emails requesting assistance, neither of which were replied to by Porta Gadgets. Suspect products and terrible service!
