Didn't have the item in stock when they said they did, then they try to offer me a completely different printer. They don't mention freight until you have committed to the transaction. Difficult to register on their website. Still waiting for them to conf...

Ordered over 10 days ago. Credit card has still not been charged (which is a good thing). Have written 2 emails to see what is happening. NO REPLIES in 10 days. Have just written again to cancel order, as I can get the same product for $15 more elsewhere ...

Product lenovo lap top was out of stock. I received no correspondence after giving purchase details.Had to e mail twice took over a week for a response. This product is still advertised. No contact phone number either. Not a good dealer...

These guys are crooks. On the final credit card payment confirmation page they say what the total price is, leading the user to believe there is no additional charge for shipping. After confirmation, a window pops up saying "Post Fee from $15". How much ...
