Strengths: A phone with a good camera and an excellent battery life, the N70 also has 3G and Bluetooth features

Weaknesses: Ultra small buttons and very average phone software which robs the usability of the phone

Personally I prefer a silver mobile phone to a black one and thus the Nokia N70 is a personal favorite of mine thanks to its excellent battery life and the decent sized screen display. One of the most attractive features of the phone is the cover feature of the camera which not only activates the camera in an instance; it also acts as a much-needed protective cover for the phone. The 2.0 Megapixel camera helps you capture some very spontaneous moments as well.

Good looks, however, does not a good phone make. The N70 with all its styling still falls short when it comes to usability. The dial pad is very disappointing with really small buttons which are of little use to someone who does not have ultra-thin fingers. Once you overcome the issue of using the keypad, the in-built software lets you down. With two such major disadvantages and the price tag, you might not consider the N70 such a big deal after all.

There are still some saving grace with the N70 which is the battery life which enjoys a eleven day stand by time and of course, the good sized display which manages to be quite bright. Entertainment features such as Realplayer and video playback lets you enjoy music and video while on the go. 3G and Bluetooth features are also included but then, at this price tag, you might already be taking it as granted.
