Strengths: Exotic floral offering from the design house of Ralph Lauren

Weaknesses: Does not suit everyone’s body chemistry. Some may find it a bit too masculine

The house of Ralph Lauren is well known for launching aquatic fragrances which belong to a distinguished class but Blue, a fragrance from this very design house meant for women, is quite disappointing. Though the packaging of the perfume is pretty much along the standards of a Ralph Lauren product, the perfume leaves much to be desired.

With a verdict of ‘below-average’ already out on the fragrance, it is difficult to give any further positive points for the fragrance. Though the floral notes are pretty well planned, it is really comes across as a manly perfume and that is what puts off users to a large extent. The fragrance is more or less exotic and if you do end up buying a bottle of this fragrance, then you can spray on a bit and walk through it to reduce the ‘powerful’ feel of the fragrance.

Since choice of fragrances is pretty much an individual thing, and this review is based on the writer’s personal preference. It just may so happen that some users might actually adore the perfume for its unique style of fragrance and consider it to be a darling. Needless to add, Blue might ‘behave’ differently on different people.
