If you are working with a number of documents at any given point of day, then it is likely that you will be using some of the softwares from Adobe Acrobat Suite. The Adobe Acrobat 8 Pro is a newly packaged software suite which offers many Acrobat related softwares and permits you to do the same things you did earlier in a slightly smoother manner and with a new software interface.

The suite consists of most of the regular softwares which you might be quite familiar with and also has a few surprises in store. One of them is the Connect software which allows you to conference with users and comes with an affordable monthly subscription. Other than that, Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional offers security features including 128 bit encryption which are required for confidential documents.

Like most popular softwares, the Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional does not come cheap.
It makes most sense to buy the software suite only if you find use for all the softwares in it. There still remain a few issues and most of them relate to the formatting function. The Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional operates only on Windows XP (which is quite a limiting factor…do check this out before purchase) and needs a good deal of patience to get it going completely.
