The iRiver makes mobile entertainment very interesting

Strengths: Good quality audio, loads of features including FM Radio and voice recording abilities as well as a 4 GB storage space. Users can also change the battery on their own.

Weaknesses: A bit too large when compared to other players.

The iRiver looks more like a GPRS device than a media player and its bulky size took the player a few notches down in my preferred list. However, the functionality of the MP3 player is very good and that is what would make a number of users interested in the iRiver X20. The Digital Media Player offers excellent sound quality which is reflected not just in the audio playback but also in the voice recorder feature of the player.

Other than that, the iRiver X20 ensures that you do not have to go back to the manufacturer for small issues and comes with batteries which can easily be replaced by users (you might already know of certain MP3 players where the battery cannot be replaced by users and it is quite frustrating!). the FM radio offers you very comfortable access to even more entertainment. iRiver does not offer any music subscription features like it competitors but you don’t really miss it too much.

Though everything about iRiver is top-notch, I did miss the fact that it did not have a very comfortable scroll button and some users might really find it difficult to use it the device properly. Other than this, you can really not find any fault in the iRiver which is an excellent player and with 4 GB as storage space (which can also be enhanced by an external card), the iRiver manages to be excellent value for money buy as well!
