Strengths: Ease of Use, Reliability
Weaknesses: none that i can think of after more than 250 cups in less than 1 month of home use. i retired my 2 years old high pressure semi-automatic espresso machine since i acquired my SAECO machine.

ease of use, simplicity, reliability, consistency in producing very good quality coffee. adjustable ceramic grinder for grain size, SBS control from strong italian to mild americano coffee, pre-infusion brewing stage, preground bypass dosser for my ground coffee, frother/steamer wand very useful for cappuccino & latte, easy to follow menu displayed on LCD where i can adjust any program parameters, brew group very easy to clean with simple running water, easy to clean external casing (plastic & metal panel), energy saving mode thru timer. further saves electricity thru disabling of cup warmer. reasonably priced at less than US$1000.00 (brandnew) from HCC Philippines who reassured me after sales service & parts if the unit will need it. i use distilled water, brown sugar, a variety of coffee creamer and a variety of high quality whole coffee beans on this unit. SAECO Incanto S-Class deluxe is highly recommended for its ease of use, simplicity, reliability and consistency. It is an "automatic barista" to any home or office.
