Strengths: Nice bottle design, reasonably priced

Weaknesses: Non-descriptive perfume which does not leave a lasting impression

L'Instant De Guerlain for women comes packaged in an interesting modern bottle which uses thick glass to give it a sense of strength and style. However, the perfume does not offer any amazing tones which might help it stand out in a crowd. The perfume is quite pleasant but non-descriptive….you can use it both during the day as well as the evening and though you will get a feeling of freshness, it is unlikely that L'Instant will bring in any compliments.

As a premier fashion house, Guerlain is expected to bring about perfumes which are unique and have a character to it. L'Instant does have the right building blocks for a great perfume but falls short in the delivery of it. On the pricing front, L'Instant is not expensive and can be considered as a good gifting option as well. You can use the perfume in any kind of weather so I guess that is an advantage worth considering.

However, with all its positive points, L'Instant de Guerlain does not manage to meet the level of other perfumes from the same fashion house. The magnolia tones along with other floral tones make it smell feminine but as I said earlier, the tones are very common and there is nothing really outstanding about the perfume. To be honest, the perfume is a bit of a disappointment.
