The Laser MP4-V970 8GB player is a nice looking portable media player that will make you take a second look. The design is simple yet bright and elegant. The display screen is made of a smooth glass surface, which accentuates the 16:9 wide screen resolution. There are no cluster of buttons and controls around the unit; only the essentials such as power On/Off and volume control are used. The user can listen to songs, watch videos and photos without any problem. This player supports MP3, WMA, FLAC, APE and AAC audio file formats; MPEG4, AVI, RMVB and RM video file formats; and JPEG, BMP and GIF image files.

The selling point of this media player is that you don’t have to convert any file to a specific format in order to play them, thanks to the wide array of multi-media formats it supports. You just have to drag the files and drop it inside the player and you are done. The internal memory of this player is another plus. 8GB of internal memory is indeed a desirable feature; however, the expandable memory capacity of only 2GB is a major let down. Apart from these the user will be entitled to many interesting features, all of which make the Laser MP4-V970 a tempting one to buy.
