The Canon LBP-3100, a dynamic laser printer, comes as a combination of both exceptional outputs and stylish looks.
You will be really impressed by its performance and speed. Print up to 16 pages per minute with the Canon LBP-3100. Thanks to Canon's latest High Performing Printing System "CAPT" (Canon Advanced Printing Technology). This technology works in collaboration with the processing power of a PC to enable fast printing and also eliminates the need for a separate printer memory. Other features that work towards fast printing are the Electrostatic Transportation Belt, in-line toner cartridges and Hi-SCoA compression technology.
Enhance the printed images and text to make them look real with the Canon’s Automatic Image Refinement (AIR) function. This printer serves very efficient on the economy front too. The “All-in-One” cartridge cuts down the running costs. The Intermediate Transfer Unit, Photosensitive Drum and Waste Toner Container all combined as one unit also adds to make the printer cost-effective.
Above all, to make operation a breeze, the LBP-3100 printer allows you to keep a track of the operating status with a computer screen display playing a sound and a status icon. So ever if you are far off the printer, you can still keep a track of the printer.
Serving to be eco-friendly, the printer consumes only 280 watts of power, which is less than other conventional printers in the market. Further, the use of Canon’s On-Demand Fixing System instantaneously activates the fusing heater, minimising the warm time to almost zero.
Though the Canon LBP-3100 is packed with great printing functionalities, it still lags behind other multifunctional and colour printers. The only quibble with this laser printer is its inability to print colour outputs. If not for this, the Canon LBP-3100 laser monochrome printer is an economical buy.
