Full Review
Fujifilm, the famous camera reel company takes a leap into the camera market where it manufactures and launches the first waterproof point and shoot camera in the form of Fujifilm FinePix Z33WP Digital Camera. The camera looks stylish and comes in many colors. It contains a 10 megapixel lens which makes it an ideal gadget for the amateur photographers roaming around the city. However, the size of the camera, which is really small, is a little difficult to handle. The camera is inexpensive and is devoid of the traditional navigation pad. The navigation buttons are integrated with the grid.

However, the camera has its own drawbacks with the zoom being quite slow with a range of only 3x optical zoom. The playback mode is also extremely time-consuming. Some of the buttons are too vague to be able to guide the actions. The images are not very sharp and the photos come with a tinge of blue on them. The LDC screen of the camera is only 2.7 inches and the picture stabilization mode does not function properly. The camera also lacks an optical view finder which makes it difficult for the user to take a snap. The face detection facility on the camera is pretty decent with 10 faces being detected. However, there is not much scope of manual options. The autofocus mode is quite helpful and the SR Auto scene recognition mode uses a backdrop from within the 6 available scene types. The shutter speed lies between 3 seconds and 1/1000 seconds.

The camera operates through the NP-45 Lithium batteries and the images and video gets stored inside the 50 MB memory which is in built.
