HP C5380 printer is an inkjet color multifunction printer. It is also known as Photosmart C5380. This printer has an excellent print quality and very few drawbacks. This is the best printer available for this price range. The design is almost the same as the old inkjet models. It has a gloss white fascia and a basic control scheme. It also has a small color LCD. The printer supports USB 2.0 connectivity only. Along with it, the Photosmart C5380 features an integrated memory card reader. The printer comes along with five individual HP Vivera inks, which includes one pigment-based black ink and four dye-based inks.

The text documents are clear and readable. Graphics are equally good in quality with accurate and vibrant colors. You can also get superb quality photo prints. The problems associated with other inkjet printers, while printing photos, are absent in HP C5380 printer. Even better quality photos can be achieved with HP Advanced Photo Paper. You can now print and modify photos without a PC. The automatic paper sensor optimizes the settings every time you insert the memory card or connect it via Pictbridge and delivers quality prints. The print speed of the Photosmart C5380 is excellent. It is 31 pages/ min for black and 30 pages/ min for color prints. The CD/ DVD printing quality are also very impressive.

The printer does not have fax functions. Some more connectivity options would have made the Photosmart C5380 printer even more preferable. The scanning could have been better. Save money and energy with ENERGY STAR qualified HP C5380 printer.
