Chef EHC914W has scuff resistant, robust, enamel cook top surface which makes it very easy to clean which is an important factor. It consists of four sealed cerashield hotplates which provide evenly distributed heated. These hotplates are covered with thin layers of chip resistant ceramic which make them long-lasting. The easy grip control knobs can be removed for cleaning. There are graphic indicators which are clearly related to all the elements.
