No advanced technology, no fancy washing cycles and no swanky auto-functions. Yet, the Fisher & Paykel MW512 delivers a solid performance. Its strength revolves around its quality and affordability.

The Fisher & Paykel MW512 is a top-loading 5.5kg machine. It is powered by Fisher & Paykel’s unique Smart Drive System. With this unique system, belts, gear boxes and pulleys become things of the past. So you can put your worries to rest as far as frequent break-down of mechanical parts are concerned.

The machine flaunts minimal buttons and is very easy to operate. It features an auto-lint disposal system. This eliminates the need for you to clean the lint filter every month, making your work easy. You can keep a tab on the progress of your washing with lights indicating each part of the cycle as it is reached. The machine comes with three spin speeds- 330, 670 and 1000rpm. The high spin speed extracts maximum water from the clothes, leaving them nearly dry.

The MW512 comes with the four standard wash cycles- regular, heavy duty, delicate and wool. The eco-water saver cycle ensures the minimal consumption of water. The inclusion of a delay start option would have been very helpful.

The Fisher & Paykel MW12 is not filled with features up to the brim. Yet, it is a great machine and offers full value for money.
