The Simpson SWT955SA has a capacity of 9.5 Kg and is focussed on giving maximum energy and water savings. It has a WELS 4-star water savings rating as it consumes about 98 litres per cycle ensuring minimum usage of water. The eco-rinse option can also be chosen to save an additional 25% of the water that is normally consumed in every wash. Moreover, the auto level indicator detects the clothes load and automatically predicts the actual amount of water required. It sports a steel washbowl with agitator action for effective washing of clothes. The wash drum is made of stainless steel for a long corrosion-free life. The loading lid made of steel is detachable making it easier to remove and clean.

Coming to the drawbacks, the washed clothes come out covered in lint, dust and dirt. It is so worse that sometimes the clothes have to be re-washed and this defeats the entire purpose of water efficiency as it ends up consuming double the amount of water.
