The ISO settings could have been designed better, as it is difficult to shoot at higher ISO settings. Another shortcoming is the LCD screen which is small for a new generation digital camera. The LCD also does not have any anti-scratch film, so it becomes more prone to scratches and abrasions. The camera is pretty heavy and bulky. Another disadvantage in the Canon PowerShot G10 digital camera is the high noise level, especially above ISO 400.
