The Sony Alpha A350 Digital Camera is far more advanced than its predecessor like Sony A100, A200 and A300. Although it’s slightly heavy when compared to its direct competitors Canon EOS 450D and Nikon D60, the A350 offer stable performance. The Sony A350 is very similar to the entry-level A200 in terms of design and interface, which, at times, annoys you while switching functions. The only difference that makes it better than its predecessors is the addition of Live View mode with autofocus. To overcome the lag that takes place while shooting with Live View mode, Sony has added a small secondary sensor above the optical viewfinder, and uses a small mirror to direct light either to the secondary sensor for the Live View feed or through the optical viewfinder. For capturing high angle and low angle shots perfectly, it also features a swiveling LCD. With 14.2 megapixel resolution, it provides stunning photographs. The CCD image sensor and Sony’s proprietary Bionz engine processor will help you capture vibrant and colourful images.
It also features four bars to indicate battery status, which you may find very useful while shooting outdoor. The camera integrates a whole-new pop-up flash, which is very convenient to use rather than the old pull-up type. This dSLR camera is packed with features and is available at an affordable cost. Any budget-conscious photographer would love it.
