High Performance from a Mini Netbook

To stand in league with the ultraportable competitors, HP has introduced the compact Mini 2140 Laptop. The latest entrant into the Hewlett-Packard's 2100 series of notebooks, the 2140 flaunts a bright screen and a good extended battery life. No major variation in terms of ergonomics from the 2133, the 2140 encompasses a classy chassis with a solid structure.
It has a big keyboard and its specifications are excellent when compared with other sub-notebooks.

The embedded Intel Atom platform drives the HP Mini 2140 Laptop for most daily activities like web browsing, email, using Microsoft Office, listening to music and even watching movies. You can also try some basic games on this mini but not the latest Crysis or Left 4 Dead. Thanks to the 160 GB hard drive and peripheral ports; you can use the Mini 2140 either as a business grade netbook or as a primary computer. While comparing the 2140 with its counterparts, it boasts of a 10-inch screen. Yet its low resolution and narrow viewing angles calls for HP’s attention.

Another limitation with the 2140 is that HP does not offer built-in 3G WWAN, but only provides WWAN with the adapter to get connected to the internet. This stabs a lot on the take of the HP Mini 2140 Laptop. All said and done, the HP 2140 is fine for business pros and students alike if able to compromise the few quibbles.
