The Nokia E71 is the latest to join Nokia’s business-centric E-series bandwagon. Despite being a business-oriented phone, the Nokia E71 Mobile Phone looks attractive and incorporates exciting features.

The Nokia E71 Mobile Phone is HSDPA and Wi-Fi enabled. Opening and operating e-mail accounts is very easy because it supports all major ISPs and email services like Gmail, Yahoo and Windows Live. I personally liked the "Mode Switching" feature that enables the user to toggle the phone between a business handset and a private handset at the press of a button. There are two customised screens to implement this feature. This phone has one of the best laid out QWERTY keypad. You can effortlessly master the keypad with its small, round buttons. Similar to your PC, this phone has an array of shortcut keys for convenient access to emails, contacts and calendars. E71 comes with Bluetooth connectivity, memory card, FM radio and the Global Positioning System feature. Another note-worthy feature of Nokia E71 is its excellent battery life.

On the downside, it lacks an N-Gage gaming platform. The 3.2-megapixel camera could have been way better, and the quick dial option would have made it more user-friendly. Slight improvement and this solid phone will be all geared up to defeat its competitors.
