However, there is nothing called a complete efficient machine – if and only if there is a flaw can the manufacturers come out with a ‘revised and all new’ version. Though the Simpson SWT802SA Washing Machine boasts of an all-new water saving option, rumours are strife regarding the machine not cleaning the clothes ‘perfectly well’.

This model from Simpson is a top loading version and is tagged with features like auto water levels, easy to operate rotary controls and WELS 4 star water efficiency rating (81 litres). The inner washbowl is made of stainless steel and the machine has a removable micromesh lint filter. Also, the steel lid can be detached for cleaning. The optional wash programs of the machine include – Delicates, Woollens, Heavy Duty, Normal/Heavy, Non Colour Fast Drip dry. The eco-rinse option in this machine allows you to reduce water consumption by saving at least 25% of water used during every rinse. Adjustable levelling feet, chemical resistant polymer top, lid lock, deep rinse, variable water level makes the other highlights of this Simpson product.
