Strengths: Good picture.
Weaknesses: Vibrations in sound when you go past 30, lamp keeps going out and needing replacement, color wheel already went out.

Samsung offers zero customer service, replacement parts need replacing often and are very expensive. I can't wait till I have a great reason to buy another brand. This set is eating me out of house and home. Terrible, terrible customer service. Will not buy any more Samsung products. They know parts are defective but won't stand behind their product. Since this purchase, I've bought another TV, 3 cell phones, home theater system, and 2 dvd players. Are any of them Samsung? No way. Samsung will never get another dime out of me. Since my initial investment of over $4,100, I've spent another $1,200 in replacement parts that Samsung didn't stand behind. All of this in less than 3 years! If you like spending good money after bad, this is your TV.
