Strengths: Very good fragrance balance and understated style which his perfect for every occasion. Not very expensive either

Weaknesses: Bottle is too simple…

Though Egoiste is a very classy perfume, it is not something which can be carried off by just anyone. This perfume with its multiple faceted aromatic channels needs a man with style and substance to be able to do full justice to the perfume it is. It would not be a good idea to be led by the simple packaging Egoiste comes in…that is just to throw wannabes of the guard and safe keep this perfume for those who really understand perfumes.

I think I have managed to adapt the right tone for this review! After all, you just can’t write about a high class perfume without sounding ‘egoistic’! On the pricing front, Egoiste is not very expensive even though it from the house of Chanel. The woody tones of the perfume feel timeless and ethereal and can easily lift a person’s mood. Egoiste is also targeted at men who like elegance and not-over-the-top attention grabbing perfumes.

My verdict for Egoiste is simple…it is perfume which cannot be missed, a must-have for all those who love the finer things in life and is unlikely to go out of ‘fashion’ any time soon. There is perfect harmony of strong and mild tones which makes the perfume suitable for everyone and it is difficult to find a fault in this fragrance. There is no way that a man can go unnoticed if he is wearing Egoiste
