If there was one thing for which I would buy the Canon Powershot SX10, it would be for the awesome zoom features of the camera. With 20x zoom, anything worth shooting is not going to be missed. One can only begin to understand what it means when you are out on an adventure trail and want to capture the bird in flight at a distance. What’s more is that the zoom comes with optically stabilized lens as well.

With superior image quality outputs, ability to capture all events whether fast/slow/near or far, easy handling and perfect grips, this camera will become your friend for a long time to come. The camera's SLR-like shape enables excellent handling, and the large handgrip is very secure and agreeable to hold. The shaped thumb grip area on the back also ensures a sturdy grip. Standard features include 10 megapixel capacity and a sturdy 28mm wide lens as well.

To some users, the Canon Powershot SX10 might seem a little bulky, but the excellent resolution, powerful zoom, the designed comfort and the big lens that stretches from 28 to 560mm sure make it a prize winner. Don’t be too disappointed by its small LCD either as you tend to get used to it after some time.
