Strengths: It worked for a while

Weaknesses: Keyboard controller went bad, poor warrantee service

Keyboard controller went bad, sent it back for warrantee service. after shipping expense and much wasted time they sent back the keyboard without fixing anything - same keyboard controller problem. Upon callback, Amy, the customer service rep said she couldn't give any assurance that the same thing wouldn't happen again - points added for honesty, many more points subtracted for poor service.

Then after ostensibly "transferring" me to 2nd level support, I got the hang up and accompanying dialtone.
The frustration of calling back customer-no-service was relieved only by the automated phone system which periodically gave an estimated time for a rep to answer. First "2 minutes," then "3 minutes," "5 minutes," "10 minutes" - even the automated phone system was acting remarkably human in the bad sense!!!

Bottom Line: Don't get the M2V-TVM mobo, and pray you don't need to ever reach ASUS customer service. I don't know if other companies would be any better, so I will now look to buy retail in hopes of finding a store with a "no hassle" exchange policy. Good Luck All!
