The Tough One: Olympus MJU 8000 with 12 megapixel

I’m the kind of person who’s not too good with handling gadgets. What I really mean is that I tend to be pretty rough in my usage of them. With this arises my need for gadgets which are all-proof like water/dust/falls etc. I look for rugged gadgets and that includes cameras as well. So while browsing through shops in a market one day, when I came across the Olympus MJU 8000, I felt like my unspoken prayers had been answered.

Now I’m pretty sure there are quite a few people like me out there who just can’t keep their hands still while taking pictures. This camera comes as a solution for us. The 3.6 X optical zoom with the built in dual image stabilization, works quite well in avoiding blur and bringing out perfect images even with my shaky hands.

The thing you would absolutely love about the MJU is its user friendliness. While figuring menus of cameras can usually take a while to get used to, I found my way around it quite easily. The changing of settings is a breeze thanks to the “tap control” feature which let’s you turn certain features on or off with a simple tap to one side or the other of the camera. All this adds to a lot more to the load of features this camera comes with.
