Strengths: Price for a full Sora Group Set and brakes. Paint Finish is great Fast service - ordered on Friday, dispatched on Monday

Weaknesses: Had to put it together myself as it was mail order. Minor set up issues.

I have been looking to get into solo sport since the doctor told me not to play football.

I set a strict budget for myself and managed to meet it and then some by buying this bike.

The bike turned up in a box and I had to finish the assembly - handlebars, front wheel and pedals/seat. This was a trivial procedure, however I found that the front brakes had been adjusted in the "open" or disengaged position. This meant the I was unable to fit the front wheel without first disconnecting the brake cable.

All that aside, I had my first ride today and the difference between this bike and the hybrid I used to have is marked. Everyone at work commented on how good looking the bike was, and what great value it seemed to be. Only time will tell if the bike has the appropriate longevity, but I am more than satisfied with this bike, particularly when you consider that major brand bike offering full Sora are at least half as expensive again.

I give this bike an 8 only because I haven't had it long term. Based purely on price alone it should easily gain another point
