Full Review
The hummer 250cc is a motorbike which I have recently purchased, the make of the bike is a Zhongshen and it’s a company on the mainland of china. The new features what makes this bike better than all of the import models and they are; new improved design, Alloy exhausts, Upside down forks, Air Cell Shock and Front and rear hydraulic brakes.
The bike 88 cm from the ground to the seat, and the front wheel is 19” and the rear is 16”, the top speed is 130 km/h, these stats are just as good as a regular 250.
I tested the hummer 250 in the state forest, along beside me was a Honda XR250, the power of the hummer was unbelievable for an import and ran just as good if not better than the XR.
The problems I have found on the Hummer 250 so far was that the tires are low grip and low quality for mountain/trail tracks, so I recommend to buy a new set of trail tires if u wish to get max performance from it and the handle bars also low quality Chinese junk so I also brought a new pair of Pro-Tapers handle bars. The chain snapped on me within the 2nd week of riding it.
The good things I have found that it’s a very good bike for Trail Mountains and the gear ratio is excellent, and the price is very low for a bike which is this good quality.
If u wish to buy a hummer 250 I would check out these site; www.ebay.com.au, www.barginsbuys.com.au, www.countrybikes.com.au, or www.Zhongshen.com.
All prices vary from $1000 to $1800 so I can not give a exact price, but shop around and you are bound to find a good price on it, and the company will deliver the bike to anywhere in Australia or New Zealand.

i also hav just purchased a hummer 250 motorcycle the bad points by far outway the good points the foot stand broke and fell off befor i even got it out of the shed i was going to weld it back on but the metal was that thin it would only break again the height of this bike to the top of the seat is a shocking 110 c m i am 5 foot 9 inches and i can bearly touch the ground which makes this bike very difficult and dangerous to ride the chain and sprockets are of a smaller size than a normal trail bike and dont look like they would take much punishment the rubber bush that is ment to stop the chain from rubbing on the swing arm is mounted beside the chain instead of under it doing absalutly nothing the rear brakes r useless, front ones r ok , the rear suspension was loose when i bought it, so i tightend it all up and it all locked up, but if left loose and sloppy, it at least goes up and down, the front mud gard that was supplied does not even get close to fitting . i could keep going but now the good point is it starts easy. price $2200 nz Posted by: 28-Jan
