Strengths: what can i say, it is a 12 place dishwasher, no real strenghts given the fact that mine is only about 6 months old & is getting the top rack adjustment replaced & has now come up with errors 2 & 4. so there are no real strenghts

Weaknesses: the top dish rack is weak on the adjustment levels as they are not sturdy at all. i am having to get mine replaced already & it is only 6 months old & has been an issue since about a month after purchase. it has also come up today with errors 2 & 4

what can i say, it is a 12 place dishwasher, no real strenghts given the fact that mine is only about 6 months old & is getting the top rack adjustment replaced & has now come up with errors 2 & 4. this is a new machine that costs around $800 & you expect alot better from that than 6 months of minimal use for something that you are paying top dollar for. I will be in contact with the retailer that i purchased it from as I deal with this retailer also with my work & will be lodging a complaint. This machine came highly recommended by the retailer & they stock a large variety of brands. I do not hold the retailer responsible for my choice. I am sure that they will be very interested in what I have to say as I will be advising them of the forums that are available in regards to this & other models with consumers complaints & common errors or faults. This retailer is nationwide & the manufacturing companies need to realise that the consumer can make or break them.
Without consumers these manufacturing companies would not exist.
