Strengths: Masculine fragrance with familiar tones of wood and spice

Weaknesses: Too many tones combined to create the perfume and thus may not appeal to everyone

The BLV Notte is a powerful men’s fragrance which means serious business and this is apparent both by its aroma as well as the angular bottle which is completely blue. The BLV Notte feels like a derivation of other perfumes from Bvlgari and this can only be made out by customers who are familiar with other Bvlgari fragrances and that takes away some of the charm of the perfume. The BLV Notte is largely woody and has a touch of spice to it which perfume lovers know as a common combination.

The BLV Notte does manage to stay on for a few hours but is not as strong as you would like it to me. Staying power dwindles and thus makes it a perfume which is not so great for all day use. Some people might even feel that the perfume carries a feminine tone which can be felt by the wearer and thus Notte will not be accepted by those who have a fancy for pure masculine fragrances.

Last but not the least, the BLV Notte is not a cheap perfume and like other Bvlgari offering, it manages to still make it to the top 100 list of perfumes. So if you are looking for a strong fragrance from a reputed brand which smells good and are not too bothered about its lasting power, the there is no reason to refuse the BLV Notte!
