Strengths: Great size, unbeatable price and really clean clothes.

Weaknesses: Long wash times even for a front loader but the time management feature and time delay start make this manageable.

I have just purchased this machine a few weeks ago. My husband and I could not go past the price point. $795 on sale with the $150 NSW government rebate. This machines was down to $650 and reduces our electricity and water use. I was apprehensive I have only ever owned one other machine a eurotech front loader which lasted 12 years. And I have always been told the european machines are better as they don't have top loaders and the reviews of the older electrolux models which have had many problems. I can only hope electolux have learnt from their mistakes. 8kg is fantastic, I have a family of five and we own a pool with all the towels my old machine never stopped, Never. I am amazed at the amount I can fit in now and I am down to a max of one load per day. My whites are whiter than ever I am so happy with it's cleaning and delicacy on my clothes. The only down side is the length of time for the cycles the longest load taking 2 and a half hours, This can be reduced to a hour 15, and delicates to 35min with the time management feature. I love however the delay start I take pride in clean fresh clothes and when you leave clothes in the machine too long after a cycle you loose freshness. This feature allows me to delay my wash start so that my machine starts at 4am and is ready to hang out at 6.30 also using off peak electricity -Perfect! When I am down to one load per day I am so happy that if it dies two days after the 2 year warranty I think it will be worth the money I have saved. My big tip for front end loader users always use Omomatic.
