Strengths: Looks great

Weaknesses: Cool Function, Panasonic - no Customer Care

Cool function works everytime you use your microwave for 5 seconds or longer.
The cool function runs for 30 seconds. The manual states that this is normal
but is listed under PROBLEMS. It states to rectify this you can take out your food,
but what it does not state is that it will then start the cool function all over again.

The cool function is noisy and goes for 30 seconds, it sounds like your normal oven
cooling down after it has been cooking a roast for a few hours.

This is the most disappointing product ever! As soon as we got it home and plugged it in and used it for the very 1st time, I knew it was rubbish.

I rung Panasonic Customer Care, may I say there is no care there. The lady
was abnoxious, and said there was nothing they could do, see if the place you
bought it from will take it back.

I wish my old microwave of 9 years was still going. I have not even had this microwave for 24 hours and it is driving me nuts. Only solution seems to be to leave the door open for a few minutes after use,so you dont have to put up with the power cutting in and out and making all the noise.

We are a family with a newborn, so I am always using the microwave for sterilizing bottles and reheating meals. Don't buy this microwave. I wish I was rich enough to put in the rubbish bin and buy another one!
