Good printers are so difficult to find! Here’s one for you

Strengths: Very god print quality, easy to use, reasonably priced

Weaknesses: Not an all-in-one, paper tray is a bit small

HP finally seems to have taken a leaf out of Canon’s design manual and created a colour LaserJet printer which has a fairly small foot print. This has been made possible by reducing the size of the paper tray which might be cumber some for those who always like to stack their paper trays in case they have a bulk printing job right around the corner! There has been no compromise in performance due to the reduction in size and the CP1515n is an excellent piece of printing equipment to buy.

Once we are done with appreciating the CP1515n’s stylish looks we delve further into its printing functionality which is no doubt fast, good quality and has a low per page cost. With these advantages, the LaserJet becomes a good value-for-money purchase. The printer is suited for home based offices as a standalone printer and it is at this point you realize that the CP1515n only has printing functionality and nothing else included in the box.

With all-in-ones being so popular, the CP1515n’s singular approach might work to its disadvantage but if you are a seasoned peripherals’ buyer, you will know that the performance is worth the sacrifice of a fax and a scanner (which can obviously be bought and installed separately). I would recommend this printer to anyone looking at quality but with an affordable price tag. The CP1515n is definitely one of the better offerings from HP.
