Strengths: High Definition gaming experience with number of interesting features

Weaknesses: Storage space tends to run out quite fast and might be too expensive for some users

It’s extremely difficult to write a practical description of a product which is so popular and has such a huge fan following. The hype behind the product does get in the way and needless to add, Microsoft Xbox 360 is a heartthrob of the entire Generation X. the gaming console has very high quality visuals and can be used by anyone with even the slightest interest in gaming. It is this ease of use along with availability of high quality content which makes the console such a hit.

The gaming console however, could do with a face lift. The design is quite clinical and the overall product design is not very racy. The fan can be heard loud and clear and though 20 GB might sound like a lot of storage space it runs out quite fast when High Definition content is concerned. You do have a good time shopping online for Xbox goodies and it is at that time that the storage space really appears quite less (why even, the tiny iPod Video has 30GB+!).

The Xbox is quite a powerful and is an obsession with gamers. However, the price of the product makes it accessible to a mature age-group and the only other way to get it without burning a hole in your pocket is getting it as a gift! Online subscriptions are part of ongoing costs and are necessary to get the full benefit of using an Xbox. Verdict on Xbox? Excellent gaming console and is likely to be around for some time!
